Mali Me uses shipping methods and policies to ensure a quick, convenient and efficient delivery experience. All orders once processed and payment confirmation is received will be sent via Australian Post, Couriers Please and Toll. Please allow 3-7 business days for your goods to be recived once dispatched.You will receive an email with a Tracking number when your order is shipped. 



All Inetrnational deliveries are sent using Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow 7-14 days for orders to be received, however some destinations may take longer. Larger items will be measured by weight and may incur extra postage fees. If this happens we will contact you to confirm the order before dispatch. International customers are responsible for their own taxes and duties.

Mali Me offer a pick up option to customers who request our store pick up. Our store is located in Newport, Melbourne Victoria. Currently pick up times are limited. If pick up is requested Mali Me will confirm via email pick up times and store location.
