Mali Me ensures all their customers that any personal information collected will not be disclosed, sold or rented to any third parties outside of Mali Me. All information in which Mali Me holds is solely used for completion of your order or to forward any online specials, vouchers or VIP events.


All prices at Mali Me are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST. Mali Me reserves the right to change any of their pricing at any stage without notice.


Mali Me uses PayPal to securely process any credit card payments. We do not collect or record any credit card details. The PayPal service is a very secure, cost effective and convenient way to make your purchases from Mali Me.

Conditions of Sale/ Payment

All orders* through Mali Me must be fully paid for before they are sent out. We accept payments through PayPal and Direct Deposit. If you would like to pay using a cheque or money order please contact us at to organise. *Orders will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received. *Mali Me reserves the right not to ship any order out until full payment of the order has been confirmed.

Shipping and Delivery

Mali Me uses shipping methods and policies to ensure a quick, convenient and efficient delivery experience. All orders once processed and payment confirmation is received will be sent via Australia Post, Couriers Please or Toll. Please allow 1-5 business days once dispatched. *Extra shipping fees are incurred on an additional items or promotional offers. If this happens we will contact you to advise of the extra shipping charges before the order is dispatched. 


All Inetrnational deliveries are sent using Australia Post Air Mail. Please allow 7 - 14 days for orders to be received, however some destinations may take longer. *Larger items will be measured by weight and may incur extra postage fees. If this happens we will contact you to confirm the order and extra shipping charges before the order is dispatch. International customers are responsible for their own taxes and duties.

Returns Policy

Here at Mali Me we would like you to feel comfortable and confident when ordering online. If for any reason your order is not what you expected, the right size or colour please contact us within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Please be aware that exchanges will only be given if the item is unused, unworn and with all labels and tags intact and in the original packaging. There will be no exchanges on any sale items or any items that are specially ordered that were not originally for sale on our site. We do not cover the costs of posatge for returns including damaged goods. Please contact for the return address and if you have any further questions regarding returns. 

Damaged/ Faulty items

Mali Me ensures that all items are thoroughly checked and packaged with care. If in an unlikely event you receive a faulty, damaged or broken keepsake box or other item please contact us immediately and we will organize a replacement. Please ensure that all labels and tags are still intact on the faulty item and original packaging for the keppsake box. If you receive a package that is visually opened or damaged ensure that you do not open the parcel and please notify Mali Me immediately. Any replacements for faulty, broken or damaged items must be returned to Mali Me within 7 days of receiving your items.  We do not cover any posatge costs for damaged goods including our keepsake boxes.

Misplaced orders

All orders sent from Mali Me will be sent via Australia Post, Couriers Please and Toll. If you have ordered a Personalised timber box or any other gifts please ensure that you attention the order to the receivers name. All orders will also have a tracking number. If you do not receive your order within a reasonable time frame please contact us. Rural areas may take a little longer for delivery.
